The Bishop standard Spring kit is a replacement kit for your Bishop BMF/R and BMF/3 Bindings. Bishop recommends replacing these springs every 3 years or 2 million vertical feet so if your bindings are feeling a little worn out or not flexing like you love this a great way to fix that issue. *note, these provide a standard flex check out the soft springs for a softer flexing feeling*
